Warranty

Reflections Splashbacks and Wall Panels comes with a 7 year manufacturer’s warranty. We guarantee that during the warranty period, Reflections Wall Panels ("the Product") will, with normal use and care, be free from faults or defects.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if you notice any damage, wholly or substantially, due to faulty manufacture or workmanship during the warranty period.

The warranty does not apply where damage is a result of other factors, including without limitation:

• Normal Wear and Tear
• Mishandling, Accident or Failure To Follow Installation Instructions
• Use of the Products in Situations Other Than for What it Was Recommended
• Shipment or Other Transit (We bear the cost of any damage during transit)

Making a warranty claim

You may be asked to provide a written description of the fault and/or a photograph showing the fault.

You will be required to send McRoberts Agencies an original receipt or confirmation email.
